SEASONAL AND LONG TERM LETTING

  • Long term letting

Everyday management fees:  owed by the landlord : 6% HT OR 7,2% VAT of the sums collected.

Rental fees: for the management of visits, compiling the required documents, drafting the lease and the inventory fixture: 12% incl taxof the annual rent without fees + 150 € incl tax (shared between the lessee and the landlord), with a limit for the lessee of 10 € per m² of living space for leases subject to the law of 6 July 1989 (for property in tight zone) or 8 € / m² of living space (for property outside tense area).

* It is noted that fees regarding the drafting of the inventory fixture are capped at 3 € per mlivable area and payed the day of it's drafting by the new tenant.

  • Seasonal letting:

Management fees are owed by the landlord: 23% incl tax of the gross owner price. (Marketing costs and other related services must be payed by the lessee).
